After completing your payment, it is essential that you fill out the Payment Confirmation Form to notify us and confirm your participation.

Note 1: The fee categories distinguish between academics and postdocs/PhDs. The latter currently displays ‘Global South’ due to a system note that will be removed soon. If you are a PhD student or postdoc from any institution worldwide, you are eligible for the appropriate fee category.

Note 2: Chilean participants must pay via webpay. If paying in Chilean pesos (CLP), the converted amounts are as follows:

Academics with meals: $340.000 CLP;
Academics without meals: $240.000 CLP;
PhDs and postdocs with meals: $280.000 CLP;
PhDs and postdocs without meals: $180.000 CLP;
Solidarity Fee (no meals): $90.000 CLP;
Online participation: $100.000 CLP.

International Payments

We have received some queries regarding international payments, as the system redirects users to another page requiring an institutional email address and a student ID. To proceed, please simply enter any ID (e.g., your passport number) and your usual email address. The system will still allow you to continue and complete the payment successfully.

We hope that in the coming days, the payment system will be updated so that the student ID entry requirement is no longer necessary. However, as this update is taking longer than expected, we do not want to delay payments further.
